For online purchases which are shipped, items may be returned for credit or refund within ten days of receipt. Please contact us first if you would like to return a book.
Orders are processed within 3 business days (and most of the time much faster). Most of the packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3 business days to all US destinations. Please allow longer transit times for Media Mail, especially in the holiday season.
Most International packages (sent via USPS International Priority Mail) arrive within 2 weeks. International shipping delays are rare and are mostly connected with holdups at customs in the destination country. If an international package is missing, we will fill out a search form no earlier than one month after the shipping date.
