Since neither man is mentioned in this volume, it must have been a show from a previous year. But the '48-'49 season was a good one all the same, with 'Death of a Salesman' and 'Anne of the Thousand Days' opening, and 'A Streetcar Named Desire' and 'Born Yesterday' held over.
